Stanford L. Moore – Associate Attorney

Stanford L. Moore is an associate attorney at the firm. Mr. Moore has a desire to protect everyday citizens and ensure that they are aware of their legal rights.  He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia State University. Mr. Moore then attended Case Western University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. During law school, he completed two externships with federal judges.

Stanford then completed a health law fellowship at an international law firm and then worked as an associate at that firm. Mr. Moore then became the executive director of a nonprofit that handled various civil litigation matters for low-income clients.

Today, Mr. Moore practices in the areas of family law, landlord/tenant, and immigration. Attorney Moore is very active in the Atlanta Metro Area and dedicates his spare time to various nonprofit organizations.

Rhonda Taylor – Client Relations Specialist

Ms. Taylor holds a B.A. in Pre-Law; an MBA with a concentration in Global Marketing and Political Strategy; and was recently bestowed with an honorary doctorate degree.

Her experience in the legal field expands as a senior paralegal working in bankruptcy, personal injury and estate planning. She has opened law offices in Conyers, Macon, Athens and has managed firms of up to 11 employees.

Ms. Taylor has extensive community involvement which spans more than 28 years, having volunteered for many organizations garnering the reputation as a community advocate. She is an active member of several professional organizations including the National Women’s History Project; Who’s Who among American Business Women; and National Association for Female Executives, to name a few. She is the newly elected president of the Rockdale County Branch NAACP, a Board member for Rockdale Works! and serves on the Board of Directors for the League of Women Voters-GA. A decades-long member of the National Council of Negro Women; she is the founder and immediate past President of the Rockdale-Newton Section.

Her political experience includes that of strategist and campaign manager on both the local and state levels. She worked with the Obama Campaign (OFA-GA) in 2007 & 2012 where she managed both volunteerism and GOTV and was elected as a Delegate for the 2012 Democratic National Convention representing the state of Georgia. Ms. Taylor ran for Georgia House of Representatives in 2016 garnering 46% of the vote in a runoff. She has received numerous awards; among them, an “Excellence in Leadership” and two “Outstanding Georgia Citizen’s” Awards.

She is the creator and facilitator of “Manners Please”, a personal development and etiquette course for young girls. She gives of her time by sharing with many teens; elders; and residents of shelters; churches and schools, speaking and teaching on grace, beauty and life skills.

Emilie Dareus – Legal Assistant

Emilie Dareus is a Legal Assistant at The Law Office of Judith Delus, P.A. She is currently working towards her bachelor’s degree in Paralegal studies. Immediately after graduation, Emilie intends to grow her knowledge and understanding of family and immigration law. To further her passion for the legal field, Emilie has spent many hours working and volunteering in legal capacities, specifically in the area of family law. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and building her makeup freelance business.
